Our commitment
teamchefs.TV is run by Techembrace.com, trading as TeamChefs.tv.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. These are the international standard for accessible websites.
What we have done
- Pages use clear headings and a logical order, so screen readers can move around easily.
- Every page has a "skip to content" link.
- You can use the whole site with a keyboard. A visible outline shows where you are.
- Text is a comfortable size with short lines. Colours meet the WCAG AA contrast levels.
- The site respects the "reduce motion" setting on your device.
- Nothing plays automatically. Video and audio start only when you press play.
- Images that carry meaning have a text description.
- The page language is set to British English.
How we checked
We tested our pages with automated accessibility tools. These find many problems, but not all of them.
An independent accessibility audit has not been carried out yet. When it has, we will update this statement.
Known limits
- The TeamChefs Assistant is not switched on yet. Before it is, we will test it with a keyboard and a screen reader, and update this statement.
- Other websites. Our Education site, teamchefs.co.uk, is a separate website. Its accessibility may be different.
- We may have missed something. If you find a problem, please tell us.
Tell us about a problem, or ask for another format
Email us at info@teamchefs.tv. Please tell us:
- The web address of the page.
- What the problem is.
- What you use to browse, if you are happy to say (for example, a screen reader).
We can give you information in another format, such as large print, easy read or audio.
We aim to reply within 7 to 10 days.
If you are not happy with our reply
Tell us, and we will look at it again.
About this statement
We wrote this statement on 2 October 2026, for the new teamchefs.TV website.
We will review it at least once a year, and whenever the site changes in a big way.
